Meet Our Pastors

 

 

 

 John Bosch was born and raised in Placerville and graduated from El Dorado High in 1974.  He was a professional drummer from 1970-2012 and to this day also gives lessons and restores drums.  He worked at a pipe manufacturing plant in Cameron Park for 34 years, performing many jobs from production to office assistant, and maintaining computer programs.

 John & Peggy married  in 1981 and they raised three children in Jackson until 2012.

 John started his ministry as a CLayM (Certified Lay Minister) until he became a licensed local pastor at Jackson UMC 2006-2012.  After that he was assigned to Lemoore First UMC and Armona UMC from 2012-2016.  He continued his education during that time at Claremont School of Theology, graduating in 2015.  His also has administration and organizational skills, musical and computer and  electronics experience.

 

John has also been involved in Habitat for Humanity, bible studies and Sunday School teacher, visitation programs, choir director.
